The Southern Ohio Canine Search and Rescue Team is hosting their first 5K Run/Walk! Grab your favorite running or walking shoes, leashes and your K9 companion to come join in the fun at the SOCS Dog Jog! In conjunction with the 5K, the Ross County Parks District is having Woofstock! During the event, you can visit vendors who will have a variety of pet friendly items. This is a pet friendly event so you and your animal companion can not only get exercise together, but you can pick out some great items at Woofstock. This is an out and back course utilizing a portion of the Paint Creek Recreational Trail. The course is a hardened trail that is suitable for all levels of runners and walkers. Buffalo Wild Wings Chillicothe has graciously donated $50 gift certificates to be awarded to the top three male and female finishers.
